RETURNS POLICY
- Send an email to gumbootjunction@gmail.com with your order number attached or date of purchase and method of payment.
- We will email you an RA (return Authority) number to return with your purchase.
- Return the item unworn, in original condition and packaging.
- Item must be sent back to us within 30 days of purchase, return shipping is your responsibilty and must include tracking. Retain proof of sending.
- We cannot accept returns on Sale or Clearance items
- Gift Cards and worn Items are non refundable
- Shipping costs are non-refundable - these are deducted from the Return amount. In the case of free shipping a $15.50 flat rate shipping charge is deducted from the refund amount.
Faulty Goods
Every return has a carbon footprint. So show us what went wrong, send a video to gumbootjunction@gmail.com, if we agree there is a fault in the product we will give you a gift card or send a new one too you. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it its up to you. We can tell you if theres a store near you that does recycling of gumboots.
Received the Wrong Item
Well while we strive for perfection, sometimes things do go wrong and if you received something different to what you ordered just email us and let us know. We will sort it out and advise what to do. Please do this within 30 days of your order.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account one last time before you call....sometimes that time you see it.
Then contact your credit card company to see if its pending, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted by the bank.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at gumbootjunction@gmail.com and we will follow it up and find out whats wrong.
Sale items
There are no refunds on sale or clearance items so please choose those carefully.
Items ordered as Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return less shipping. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves they will need to lodge the return and we will send a gift card to them to give to you.
Shipping your Return
You are responsibile for the cost to return an exhange. Refunds for faulty goods may not need to be returned so please check with us first so we can save on Carbon footprint.
The time it may take for your new exchanged product to reach you, may vary depending upon where you live.
If you are shipping an item to us you must use a tracked service and retain your proof of sending we are not responsible for items lost in the shipping process from you to us.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
